Great customer service and even better food. The melting pot was out of the meal I originally ordered, they called to ask if it would be okay to send me an alternative. The alternative meal was larger, technically more expensive, and extremely delicious. No complaints at all, just asking that they stay stocked with the Mac and cheese.

Hands down the best jerk chicken I have ever had!! Service is great with a family vibe, every time I pick up an order it's always hot and ready. Definitely recommend this place I drive 30 minutes from home just to get this!! Yes I'm obsessed.

I liked melting pot. It came early and was delivered to my door. The delivery guy was very courteous. I'm already a customer and always enjoy their food but will be ordering again. :)

Best Oxtail I ever had! I ordered the jerk chicken before and it was so delicious! If you want authentic Jamaican home cooked meal taste this is the best possible place to eat at!!!

Best Caribbean Cuisine in LIC!!! The Oxtail is ALWAYS on point and the portions are great! Definitely my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood.

What I always order from Melting Pot Cuisine: oxtail, jerk chicken, rice and peas, and patties...
The food is always very good. No complaints at all. I highly recommend when you're in the mood for Caribbean food or just good food period.
The actual delivery time is always true to the estimated time of delivery that is given or even sooner sometimes.

This my favorite place. Just wish I could afford to eat there more often. ALL the food is amazing and consistent, it is cooked, packed and delivered with such care/love :) and they are all really nice. DO NOT let the long wait for delivery scare you just don't order when you are starving. Trust me it's worth it!!!! .

Arrived hot. Food was really fresh and tasted amazing. I can't wait to order again. I highly recommend it if you like authentic Jamacian food!!
